PUPPY QUESTIONNAIRE

I'm small, cute and fluffy.
Do you want to take me home?

I'll chew things left down and mess your floors, but I can be taught not to do these things.
Will you forgive me and teach me right from wrong?

My hair will come out, sometimes a lot at once and my nails need to be trimmed.
Do you think you have time to groom me?

I love to play, go for walks and rides.
Will you be able to fit this into your schedule?

The day may come when I might get sick or just need routine medical care.
Will you think to take care of me.

I hate to be left alone for a long time.
Will you see that I'm not lonely.

I will share your life, your home and bed if you let me.
Is there room for me?

I will grow bigger, majestic and strong.
Will you appreciate my beauty and strengths?

I will live a long life if you look after my needs.
Are you willing to make a long term commitment?

I promise to be devoted to you I will give so much of myself.
Will you do the same for me?

I am a baby leaving a loving home, this family trusts you.
Have they made the right choice for me?

If you answer yes to all these questions, I will adore you and be there for you when no one else is there.

I am here for a lifetime not just until the newness and novelty wears off.
Have you thought about these things?

If you will feed and water me, always look to my needs then take my leash and I will follow you.
